During the course of everyday life we always meet the unexpected. When that happens it does not always allow us to go in the direction that we had planned. I have currently met with such a situation, which has forced me to change my plans.

When we try to find a solution to an on-going problem we can become like a dog chasing its’ tale, going round and round in circles. Sometimes the best thing is just to step back and let it go, but even I can forget that there is a higher intelligence watching over us, guiding us.

In my world one thing is for sure: Divine intervention exists. Spirit steps in when we really do need help, for the right reasons and without condition. Why do they give us this? To enable us to walk the road we are destined to follow. I have met many people who have gotten stuck on their life’s road.  That has also happened to me, I have waited by that roadside thinking: What is my next move? Do I have the energy to motivate myself? But I have been met by unexpected strangers that have taken my hand and helped me up, which made me see the signpost to the future. I knew the destination of the next part of my journey. What seemed a problem yesterday, a solution has been found. That problem has become a cloud in the sky and is carried away.

“Where would I be without my unexpected visitors?

I wonder how many of you have found yourself in a situation trying to solve a problem and it has been given to you suddenly? Without problems, what would we learn? How would we develop? How would we learn to trust in our divine friends that some people call guardian angels? I believe we choose our lives and that we reincarnate. Along the road of life we then have to meet the things that were never resolved in a previous incarnation.

It does not matter how we try to avoid some things, they return. Where would I be without my unexpected visitors? I would not even have begun my journey. I would not have discovered the resource of my inner world. Everybody needs a helping hand sometimes. For me, when this hand comes in its various forms it reminds me that help without conditions is always given. I do not believe that we can demand how we should be helped. If we can just reach out and say: Can you give me the guidance I need and help me continue my life’s journey, the divine will always take us by the hand and guide us through, whatever problems we meet, no matter how hazardous they appear. But we need to give it time and be patient.

Terry Evans interest in parapsychology and mediumship began at an early age. His first encounter with an actual spiritualist medium came at the age of 22, when he was given his first private consultation by a medium. The effects of that experience were to prove to be a turning point in his life, offering new realisations. These realisations motivated Terry to develop his own inner potential of mediumship and intuition.
