In every direction I turn people are coming to me seeking help, asking me for advice and direction as to how they can close down from things they are feeling and seeing. “Where can we go to learn to understand and manage what is happening?” or ”Why is this happening?” As mankind evolves so does our consciousness. We are becoming much more aware of what we are feeling within and are experiencing externally. We as individuals are now going through a huge transition, as is the planet that we live on. Mankind seems to be experiencing crises on every level. Can this process be stopped? No, I do not believe so. Crises comes with change and is necessary to create a new order.
If I bring it back to myself, these last few years there has been a huge transition going on in almost every aspect of my life, both professionally and privately. And, yes, it certainly is time for us, who I would call the sensitives to learn to manage this sensitivity instead of seeing it as a curse. My sensitivity is an integral part of me that cannot be pushed away or denied.
For me, sensitivity is an important tool and before we can use a newfound sensitivity as a medium for instance, we must first of all learn to manage it and then how to use it. However, that is not something that can be achieved by a person being given an immediate answer. One must go into ones inner world in order to realise from where all these different feelings and experiences come from, whether they come from the spirit world or from somebody else who is feeling good or bad. Feelings come from every different direction and dimension and they cannot be erased until they are met and listened to. Every feeling I pick up, good or bad, must be listened to. It is only in accepting that feeling you can begin to realise what category it belongs to.
Whatever I feel, every day I just sit with my feelings and accept them. There is no point in analysing them. All I do is accept them and feel them and after a while I am able to track down from which source they came. That does not come by trying to understand, it comes quite spontaneously because I experience personal realization, but to learn to do that takes time and practice. It is not something you can do by just being given a simple answer. Every feeling I receive is a message offering something that I need to learn or address.
Why is it with each generation our sensitivity increases? Could it be that with each step we take with developing consciousness and understanding feelings it brings us closer to the dimensions of spirit. I believe that feelings are the language for the future. For me sensitivity is one of mankind’s most precious gifts, because as it is developed and understood it becomes a creative force within us. The language of feelings is also the language of the soul.
To manage these things is not just something that we can do on our own. As I develop and go to a new level of consciousness it takes me time to manage and understand the new feelings and realisations it brings. I myself have had to seek up people that have the knowledge experience I do not have myself.
