This weekend we had a group of people here to meet up for what we call the Ascala project. Over the last three years we have been working towards creating a structure so that Gamla Byskolan as a school and information centre can start focusing on the three main subjects of what we hope to offer, and that is science linked to spirituality, education and treatments in its varying forms. Our feeling is there is place here for orthodox medicine as well as healing in its varying forms that in many cases has been practised for hundreds of years. Practices that were there before traditional medicine as we know it today took over. I personally believe that all these aspects has a key role in our wellbeing.
Regarding education. Traditional education is very important, but for those that are on a spiritual quest there are very good practices and philosophies that can teach just as much. We are planning to have varying courses where these things come together. We now have a foundation of what will become the working team of Gamla Byskolan. All of them have one or more skills that used in a collective sense will be able to offer much more than Gamla Byskolan has offered previously.
I also want to thank all the people that have left comments here on Ascala News. It gives us a lot of positive energy and helps us take Ascala News to the next step. Everybody that is a part of Ascala News look forward to the comments you make! It is very important for us to keep in touch with our readers.
