Many people, when they have a difficult time in life and look for immediate answers, they go to spirit. They want spirit to tell them what to do and how to fix it. That is a natural reaction to look for immediate answers. There have been times when I have fallen into the same trap. Very often things we experience, we have actually created for ourselves, so we are the culprits. There are of course some things that we meet in life that are unavoidable: sickness, tragedy or something else that causes pain or grief. The funny thing is, when everything is going smoothly we forget that there is a higher intelligence that wish to help us, should they think it is necessary.
Very often Ascala, my guide, if I find myself in a situation that needs to be resolved, he will come to me. It is he who determines what kind of help I need. Sometimes, when I am trying to resolve a problem he just seemingly sits with me in silence. He does not communicate with words, I just feel his silence. It has the effect where whatever I see to be a problem or an unexpected challenge, if I learn to sit in silence with him then the turbulence that I may experience within my mind begins to disappear.
As this turbulence dissipates my mind opens up. It does not always give me the answer that I wish for, but it gives me the realisation that things will be okay. My mind becomes empty and open, it puts my mind back into balance. The feeling inside is: Everything will work out, there is no need to worry.
’’When that feeling of tranquillity comes my mind opens and as it opens it is as if windows of opportunity opens, so that I can see things from another perspective.
Spirit does not always give us something as a logical answer that we can understand. When Ascala has sat with me and gone into silence he is teaching me how to use my mind, but not to focus on what the outcome of any given situation will be. When that feeling of tranquillity comes my mind opens and as it opens it is as if windows of opportunity opens, so that I can see things from another perspective. This is a very good way of solving problems or finding solutions that can bring about a positive outcome.
As I sit and write this I feel the Ascala presence in the room, I see the outlines of his face and how he smiles. Then he says:
– I inspired you to write this text, because this is a message that I wish to convey to those who find themselves in a similar situation. It is a much easier way of finding a solution, instead of expecting to be given an explanation that YOU want to have.
I am still working with this too, it takes time and practise. It is something that I will continue to work with to create a neutral mind. When you can get to that state many issues and problems just blow away with the wind and it teaches you patience in order for you to leave that state of stress or unnecessary concern. This is something that has to be practised.
Ascala and I just wanted to share this with you.
