About a year ago we bought a barbecue house for the garden. We renovated it and painted it and used it when we had special events in the garden. It was used for people to give medium consultations. As time went on it became known as “the Hobbit House”. Today we thought we would spend some time with the hobbits and have a barbecue.
Graham, who has worked with us for over a year now, has turned it into much more than just a place to grill. We call him “Mr Hobbit” and that is why it became the hobbit house. It was quite different to sit in the Hobbit house to have lunch. We have never grilled in there before, because we simply have not had time.
Graham, who is always full of surprise and fun, had a surprise for us all. He had made a desert called trifle, which consists of many different layers of fruit and cream and some thick vanilla sauce. On top of that is a very thick layer of cream decorated with fruit. For everybody present it was a new experience. We were having a really good time.
