Viktoria and I started talking about relationships earlier today. I just said:

– Your husband is perfect, and she replied:
– You think?
– Well, okay, nobody is perfect, but he brings you lots of joy.
She could definitely agree to that.

As many of you know I got married three years ago. When I met Astrid I just knew she was going to be part of my life. There was going to be no escape. In Astrid I did not quite get what I ordered, I got what I needed. As I write this I laugh. I do not believe that any relationship is in perfect balance all the time. It has its cloudy days and sunny days. Being with her has shown me things I did not realise. It has certainly brought all kinds of feelings to the fore.

Relationships are like a theatre, it can be drama, satire, comedy or action. There have been times when I have thought: What the fuck have I gotten myself into!? But a relationship is fun and alive. If there were no action that relationship would not be meaningful.

I can say this: She keeps me on my toes, but if she did not do that I would be bored. I am slowly beginning to get used to her humour and eccentricity. I will never forget the day when she said: “If you die before me I will kill you.” You never know what is coming next or what she is going to say, but she has a beautiful heart and the most beautiful thing is we care for one another and support one another.

I would like to hear your thoughts on relationships.

Terry Evans interest in parapsychology and mediumship began at an early age. His first encounter with an actual spiritualist medium came at the age of 22, when he was given his first private consultation by a medium. The effects of that experience were to prove to be a turning point in his life, offering new realisations. These realisations motivated Terry to develop his own inner potential of mediumship and intuition.
