At our morning meeting today we were talking about different roles within the company, the different areas of responsibility, and how we can prepare for future changes within the company. Each and every one of the personnel were given the opportunity to give an honest opinion on how we can improve Creative Experiences, and how we can become a better team. When we are doing our work we hope to be able to carry out our tasks at a higher level. It was an honest meeting.
To be a leader does not always mean telling people what to do, but to encourage people to think for themselves and to use their own creativity, to be more responsible and to meet deadlines. In so doing they grow and becomes a much better asset to the company. It is important to create an atmosphere where the individual and the group can develop.
